Birthday surprise

I got a message on the members app about a birthday surprise. My birthday was on 12th October but I didn't receive anything. Has anyone ever got any birthday surprise or had the same issue like me. Just curious.

Check the benefits section, its shows up there on my app, but I was on the main page when its was near to my birthday

No, it says look out for email on your birthday...well 6 days on still looking for it !

Same here, I contacted Samsung customer service but they never answer properly, they gave me a number to call but I can't call as its 8-5 Monday to Friday and there is no network where I work during these hours

 this is for Samsung shop and I was told they can resolve all benefit issues, such as YouTube premium offer and members app benefits
