I preordered also and hadn't realised to put in my discount code for the case and screen protectors also the 1TB upgrade for the 512 GB wasn't as automatic as I thought. Can't change it now or I'll lose all my discounts, which are quite generous. Why you can't just send the phone back I don't know. Plus trying to sort it out this morning wasted hours. The agent bi spoke to sounded so helpful, but no call back as promised but didnt think it would happen anyway. Oh well that's life
