Hi. If any one can provide some help. 

I did not receive the £50 credit as per the pre registration for the s24 phone. Followed all instructions but did not get the email. 

Spoke with Samsung team on chat and they have sent me a £50 good will gesture voucher code which can be used online in the next 6 months. 

I would rather have the £50 off from the purchased handset as its now dispatched state can't cancel it and If I do return it might lose out on the offers running. 

My question is if I was to call samsung and from anyone's experience have they got a good will payment credit refunded to a debit card/credit card instead.

@Asim14 there has been a few similar posts. 

I did receive mine which I gifted to another Samsung Community Forum Member.

There is a reply from a Samsung Team Member on another thread saying Samsung is working to get all the emails sent. 

Oh and do please check any email spam in-folder just incase.
