Hello,

I was a big fan of Samsung for the last 12 years, but I most probably switch to something else, probably OnePlus. I have paid for the S22 Ultra 512GB on 17.02.2022 and my order it's still in processing status. They don't answer to my emails regarding the delivery date and treat me very poorly.

When I pay ~1500eur for a phone, I am expecting premium service, which is not the case. The frustrating part it is that even though they don't have the phones on stock, they are still pushing with massive PR on tv, social media, ads, etc.

Adios Samsung!

Cancel order .Get your money back as obvious there is a problem with the phone as they are holding back delivery of the phones and the amount of returns there getting with the first batch they sent out

Same problem here....Im was a big fan of Samsung since the S5 series. But now im thining to cancel my order. Samsung cant answer the questions of people that oordered the S22 Ultra.
