Samsung Turkey is ripping off hundreds of people with trade in deals and are not paying them the promised amount on their phones. I got my phone 1 month ago and waited 20 days for the trade in mail. Once I received it sent in my phone and still didn't receive the promised amount. I had to pay the whole thing which was way out of my budget. In the US the phone is 1100 dollar and in Turkey it's over 2000 dollar. I do not have the money for that. Hundreds of complaints on the net over this matter. Solve the problem. I am soooo over samsung.
