Do Samsung take any responsibility for helping customers to restore the picture on their Samsung 4k LED TV where the back light lenses have started falling off? Is this more of an issue in warmer countries like Malaysia?
What I notice in the media is that Samsung ignore this issue. This will in the end cause the collapse of the once reputable Samsung company.
I contacted Samsung in Malaysia, but they ignored to reply.
If this happened on my Toyota, it would have been a recall.
