What's the difference between the two model numbers? i seen a tv model number decoder but not one for monitors. it seems similar but not the same and not helpful.
Bought one at Walmart a few months back and the other at bjs wholesale online during black friday sales.. didnt pay very close attention when purchasing the second one.
Got them side by side and there is definitely a color / shade difference. i have tripple checked and all the settings are the same.
The only differnce that maybe affecting it is the firmware revision. the older monitor has M-C5500GGZA-1002.1 firmware and teh new has M-C5500GGZA-1003.2.
I cant find newer firmware so i cant update the older monitor.
i was able to find the fw my older monitor has but the new one doesnt seem to want to take a downgrade. just says current is new then the one im trying to upload and doesnt do anything else.
