Using the watch ultra and S25u on tripod for bird watching

With the S25 ultra smartphone, a lot has been discussed about the controversial decision to remove the Bluetooth functions from S-pen, and hence a remote shutter. One really cheap option is to purchase a basic Bluetooth button... but why not use the camera app in the Galaxy watch ? 

My phone is set up towards our bird feeder. A lot of baby blue tit's and great tit's around this week. Just waiting for that perfect video and shot. 

When I hear those tiny chirps I can remote start the camera from my watch... see the image on my watch, zoom in and out, and start either a video or take a still picture. 

Give it a try... you might be surprised !

The watch is Certainly a good alternative, nice seeing everything in action 🙂

Absolutely. I can check in with the camera every now and again... start up the camera on the phone and then see what is there.

The issue otherwise is when I hear the birds as soon as I get up to take a look it has scared the birds away. 🐦
