I'd currently block them from taking payments from your bank, that's what we did when klarna get messing with us, sent them a email detailing the issue to both sides and waitined and when klarna got upset I called them directly and they apologized and gave me compensation for the mistakes it's still frustrating but that's how I dealt with the situation.
Though I'd only do this if you've truly got not outstanding payments and becareful this might affect your credit score etc so take my advice with a grain of salt Samsung has been absolutely terrible at the moment so I wouldn't hold your expectations so high at the moment.
