upgrade window is open, i have had my note 20 ultra for 2 years after not wanting to upgrade to the z's last year.
Finally able to upgrade but again no notes and don't want a fold. I want the S22 ultra. no option to upgrade to that.
Tried to chat to online help and they went away to do something and never came back. chat just ended
Unfortunately going from past threads on this @Members_e8SIjNO you can only choose from what's available to you.
Customer Support can't change that.
