Unable to claim any boost offers

I recently upgraded to a Samsung fold4 and I've been checking out the boost offers, mainly the disney and discord one but it says I'm ineligible for anything. What can I do?

Claims are approved within 7 days. However, ddnt these promotions run out in December?

Same not working when asked to sign in

Yeah still no help, they want to have a remote call with me. Not sure how they will fix the issue
