I just baught the Samsung 65" QN95A 4K Neo QLED (2021) and i am unable to connect my tv decoder to it. I am not getting a picture. The decoder i am trying to connect is my tv service provider Altibox new decoder "Modell A". With their old decoder, Huawei Q22, everything works ok.. But the new one only gets a "unknown device" notice and there is no image..
Both devices are functioning on my old "not so smart TV"! So i am wondering why my smart tv can not show the picture that is clearly being sent out! Cables and decoders are working fine.. just the smart tv can not show it..??!
Sorry for the late reply. I've been trying to look into this - without much luck. If the TV provider is not certified for our TVs we can't guarantee that it will work, but I'd recommend you to contact our support so that they can check for you.
