Anyone able to help?

Samsung have acknowledged receipt of traded in phone, but have taken money from my account and threatening to block new phone.

How do I get this resolved?

Not clear.
So they confirmed receipt of trade in device and also took money from your account and also threatening to block your new phone.

Have phoned all different numbers and sent various emails. Tonight asked for email address to send a complaint. Email returned as user unknown.

Yes exact same issue here. It's on day 3 now of trying to get someone to resolve it and they still have not responded timely.
