Hi can anyone help please I have a Samsung s7+ tab which I am trading in.Do I send it back in the packaging that my new device was in or do I get a trade in pack through the post.Thank you

Don't send it in the new device packaging. You should receive the return packaging within 7 days. If you don't then contact samsung.

I had a flimsy plastic blue packaging in the bottom of of my order waited a week then got a email saying you havnt returned old phone.

You can contact the trade in team or send it back with ur new device box as I did the same for my s21 and they emailed saying they have received it.
