HI All,
On 12 of november my wife bought samsung a52s with trade in program for her Huawei p30 pro. She didnt like the phone and she reurn it with refund. Separate Samsung say will gona pay the trade in phone as it is already recicled. She send them my bank details on 3 of December but unfortunately still waiting the payment as is ot appear o my bank account. I spoke with Samsung trade in team and they say from they side the payment is go through already. I check with my ba k amd they say is nothing appear on my account statement. I wrote couple emails on trade in , but they send the same email that is all payed. Any advise how to rise a complaint?
