How does it work?
- Choose the phone you want to trade in - add your new Galaxy to your cart on samsung.com. Go to check out - trade in and click on "LÄGG TILL/LEGG TIL/TILFØJ/LISÄÄ", then pick the phone you want to trade in.
- Receive your discount straight away - the credit from your old phone will be taken of the total amount when checking out. You will receive your new phone so that you can use SmartSwitch to transfer photos, messages and contacts.
- Send us your old phone - we will send you a special box for you to pack your old phone in. We pay for shipping and when we've received your old phone we'll either recycle it or sell it second hand.
