I have a Frame 43 that changed the format to vertical by itself. Spent hours now trying to get it back to horisontal. Nothing works so far - complete reset, bixby etc. Has anyone had the same problems? How did you solve it?

To get your Samsung Frame 43 in horizontal mode, follow these steps:

Turn on the TV.
Press the menu button on the remote control. Choose picture".

Select "Screen mode".

Select "Horizontal".

The TV will now be rotated to horizontal position.

If the TV is still stuck in vertical position, try turning it off and on again.

If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Samsung Customer Service for assistance. https://www.samsung.com/se/support/contact/#onlinesupport

Here are some additional tips for rotating your Samsung Frame 43:

You can also rotate the TV using the remote control.

Press the "Source" button and then the "Rotation" button.

Then select "Horizontal". If you are using a wall mount, you must ensure that your wall mount supports rotation. If you have a soundbar connected to your TV, you need to make sure that the soundbar also supports rotation. I hope this helps!
