Ok - time to get active. I am struggling a little bit in this current heat wave, but try to move my body through evening swims and early morning yoga.

And no - I rarely go to the gym. However I have started trying a new exercise form called GRIT which involves a lot of burpees and push ups.. My legs hurt 💪

I purchased rings that can be hung in trees or around pullup bars. Real fun way to exercise! 💪

Before the pandemic it was gym, and I'll probably be back there soon! 😀

That's a great idea! For me it's definitely more tempting to exercise outside in the summer than going to the gym - pandemic or not 😊
