Well I will be deactivating my account soon your terms and conditions are getting to restricted with my data, you want my address, you want my email and today you said I have to give my telephone number as security? Er NO....WHY YOU NEED A TELEPHONE  when you have a security validated email by your self's, 

You have my name

My address 

My email

Now want my telephone....

Your actually putting me at risk should you ever get hacked, yep I'll be closing my account

Its called two step verification. Samsung are actually making your account and personal details more secure.

I got asked this morning for my telephone number too wasn't actually sure it was from Samsung!

More secure? You do understand how much data you have already given them? However the point is if the get hacked at all they have almost everything to clone who you actually are,is it worth it? If a bank maybe but what reason do Samsung need this much data on you? It just doesn't

Same, and their customer service to explain why doesn't really help...

Best thing to do will be to use your right to be forgotten (GDPR article 17) and move on to a different company...
