Hi,
I received my new Galaxy Tab s9 5G about two weeks ago. There was promotion about free Keyboard Cover when I ordered the tablet. So I followed the instructions in order to get the Keyboard Cover and registered my tabled via Samsung rewards app. After that I got email saying that it would take max. 72 hours to confirm my registration. However I haven't got any confirmation email since then, and now it's been 2 weeks since I did the registration.
I made support ticket to the company doing the delivery but they didn't answer. I also emailed Samsung support; they said they would contact the company but no answer since then. Anyone here actually got their free cover and how long did it take? What should I do next?

Also check your spam filter, sometimes their emails gets stuck there 😊
