Ahh ok thank you I assumed you need to have received the handset before you could claim the buds but then I heard you can claim before so just abit confused but thanks 🙂

I just received my phone I tried to claim the buds and it's saying

I purchased it on the 12th of Feb that's within the dates

you need to enter the imei of the phone to claim so have to wait to receive the phone
