I can't update my device, I unzip file and plug pendrive into monitor and I have this if I try to update

Hmm @Damian Sadkowski unsure what it can be. It can might have to do with a too large USB device. Try with an USB with 4 BG or 8 GB and see if it makes a difference 🤔

Still not working. Maybe I can't do it for some reason ? Maybe software bug ?

IT WORKS!!! I format pendrive into a FAT filesystem and my monitor read the update file correctly. Thank you for help.

So I had all kinds of problems getting my monitor to see the update file. I tried 8gb and up flash drives and SD cards, finally dug out a 4gb SD from a box, formatted to fat 32 in windows, placed the file on it, plugged my SD to USB into the monitor and BAM, it worked like a charm. I hope this helps someone else out there in the future.
