I never believed a company like Samsung. Their service will be so bad. I have an issue they are not been solved yet since the last year September 22. 😕 

 

I have samsung care plus insurance which i have paid in advance and I can't able to booking my repair because the can't find it in the system. Last 6 months customer service, care plus and assurant are working on it. I am using my broken phone. Which I have paid lots of money for what? Zfold 3 5G. I shouldn't suffer with my phone.

I am sorry to read that you are feeling sad about your repair experience, @Members_Z8FebEP.

I appreciate that you'll be keen to get your Z Fold3 working as expected again. I can see the phone listed on the Samsung Care+ site, so I'm confused as to why you've been unable to proceed with booking a repair.

While I understand that you've already reached out to various Support Teams about this, I would recommend that you continue liaising with the Care+ Support Team:
