So called £300 cash back

I've been trying to get the £300 cash back since before Christmas no matter what I do on the Samsung page nothing ever works really angry with Samsung

What promotion was it for?
Was there anything in the terms and conditions that meant you may have or not been eligible for it.
Maybe someone here that maybe able to offer further advice

It was the 20 days of Christmas promotion £300 cash back I've been trying since the day I got the phone before Christmas. I've just managed to talk to someone in customer service who has given me a no to call .I've also got to take my sim out clean a reset my phone. This s22 ultra is useless compared to my old a53 which was brilliant
