My Aeotec360 cam does not upload most of the videos taken when it detects the motion. It says something like a server problem. The message says that "this video couldn't be found on the server". Since it is a Smartthings server I reckon it has something to do with that. Is anyone experiencing the same and what is the solution?

The camera works fine when checking it live and the wifi signal is good. As you can see some recordings sid get uploaded.

We have not heard about this issue before, it would be great if you could report it in Smarthings:

Smartthings --> Menu --> Contact us --> Error reports

That way a error report is created and we can investigate further 🙏😊
