Dear Samsung,

I have encountered an issue with the Smart Calibration feature on my TV. After running the calibration process using my iPhone 16 Pro, I noticed no difference in the performance or display quality. I also noticed that the image settings haven't changed.

The TV model in question is TQ65Q75CATXXC, and it is updated to the latest software version.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest convenience. Please let me know if you require any additional information.
