Selling points of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8/S8+/Ultra

I'm looking for a tablet to use for work and studies for note taking, searching for information and get rid of all paper notebooks. Does the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8/S8+/Ultra have any leading technology or other benefits over other tablets like iPad Pro/Air? How does the Galaxy Tab stand out from the rest when it comes to the pen and writing performance? 
Input from anyone with experience would be great!
