Hello

I am experiencing some bugs/glitches randomly with my S22 Ultra. I have put a screen recording of it happening. Please fix it with a new update. It happens to my mates S22 Ultra aswell. It's very disappointing because this is a expensive phone and i am a loyal samsung customer. I have over 30 Samsung devices.

These types of problems should not be experienced while using your device.

These types of problems can occur if one is experiencing problems with a sensor in the device, even third-party apps can affect this for devices. etc.

In these cases, we recommend that you contact our support to get help via an RM - remote control.

In this way, we can read whether the device itself emits an error code, as well as run diagnostics of the device to see if there is any type of perceived problem.
