Samsung upgrade program lost phone?

Has anyone had this issue, I've sent my phone back via royal mail via the pack samsung sent me. Revived the pack on the 24th Dec so sent the phone back on the 28th. The package was then scanned again on the 31st December and hasn't moved since. On the email from Samsung it says that the original klarms payment is frozen for 3 months until the upgrade process is complete but they have taken 2 payments, one for the old phone and new one. I'm now worried that my original phone has gone missing as its still showing at Birmingham. If anyone from Samsung customer services can help it would be very much appreciated.

Probably worth contacting Royal Mail too, as it is tracked you will be insured for loss or damage.

I'm trying customer service then see if they have recieved it back as sometimes royal mail don't update there status. Thanks everyone
