Hi, has anyone else had problems with
Samsung Trade-In promotion. I have
been told twice my phone does not
meet Samsung criteria for Trade-in
and each time it is for different
issues, which I don't agree with.
They then give me three options
below,
1. They want me to pay £25 excess and
Trade-in will be complete
2. Pay promotional discount back and
they will return my Trade-In in
device. No mention of returning money
I paid for new device.
3. Return new phone and they will
return my Trade-In (no mention of
returning money I paid for new device.
Samsung Trade-In are a joke.
