Just received a message from 3dparty company of Samsung trade in programme , that my previous phone the screen is cracked and charged me £100 for that , my phone it was very well protected with professional case and never ever had any crack on the screen , i sent them a picture of my phone before dispatch and the phone was in proper condition as described before the shipping and trade in deal ,despite that they persist with the £100 charge or they will send me back my old phone .
i been very good customer of Samsung years now , and i had changed a lot of devices every year , but after that I'm thinking to change phone manufacture .
