Hi!
I had a technician to fix the fan inside the dw90m50003w/ee dryer as a part of the warranty. As the fan was disaligned he put a screw under the bar holding the fan to align it. This is something you cannot do when the product is under warranty. As you can see on the photo, the plastic os broken and i need to fix the underlying problem.
Anybody know how i can fix this as samsung wont take resposibilty for their error because i no longer have the reciept even though they had the info on the earlier warranty-case.
Anybody know what parts i need to fix this?
This is the last time ill buy anything from samsung.
