We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Galaxy phone.
If you have added fingerprint as a security option, you must have added a pin code as well. It is not possible to have only fingerprints.
If you do not remember the pin code you have created, you can unlock the phone on our website if you have a Samsung account registered on the phone: https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/
Should you not have a Samsung account registered on the phone, you can send it in for service and our technicians will be able to restore it for you. But you will then need to be able to show the receipt as proof of ownership. You can take it in for service through the retailer.
