Samsung S21 cannot cast Spotify to Chromecast

My S21 lost the ability to cast Spotify to Chromecast after an update about 6 weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't help. I even factory reset the phone to no avail. I have version 8.7.68.568 on all 7 devices in the house and it's only on my S21 this issue exists. It is the only S21 in the house.

Reset the chrome cast and then try to cast.

I also tried resetting Chromecast but it didn't solve the problem.
