I am in the market for a tablet, decided on the Tab A8.. All going well, went through to checkout and decided to redeem my points towards it to lower the final cost. I then decide to look at a different tablet and cleared my basket.
I then came back and went for the Tab A8 but this time the 64gb variant and went to redeem my points but to see they had been redeemed on the previous "purchase" despite me never actually checking out.
Have they gone forever? I would appreciate them back to put towards my actual purchase.
