To be honest I've only seen codes that reduce the cost of a new product.

I've not seen a code in relation to a Repair costing @SteveBish 

The Samsung repair service will assess the phone and then provide a costing.

Thanks for the info. I asked as the checkout page had a box for a code. As it happens, an hour or so later, Samsung offered me a 5% code anyway.
