My Samsung QE55Q6FNA keeps reinstalling I delete.

It also resets the custom app order on the main hub.

How can I disable this behaviour, please?

I'm just looking for help with my TV, I don't care about the language of the forum. Samsung could write back in Chinese for all I care as long as they tell me how to stop the TV from doing weird stuff without my consent.

Changer la langue permet d'interagir avec des personnes de votre langue. Qui sait si un contributeur dans votre langue n'a pas déjà eu le même problème?
