Mein Monitor ändert selbstständig seine Einstellungen. Normalerweise setze ich ihn einfach auf Werkseinstellungen zurück aber dieses mal funktioniert das nicht. Es lassen sich manche Einstellungen nicht tätigen weil sie grau sind. Gibt es vielleicht ein neues Update oder so? Ich weiß nicht genau was ich auf der Seite von Samsung runterladen soll. Ich bitte um Hilfe

My monitor changes its settings on its own. I usually just reset it to factory settings, but this time it doesn't work. Some settings cannot be made because they are gray. Maybe there's a new update or something? I don't know exactly what to download from Samsung's site. I'm asking for help

In this case, we recommend that you try updating your monitor. Attaches latest firmware and instructions on how to update the monitor.

Then you already have the latest version available for your monitor. We then recommend that you test the monitor against another computer if you have the opportunity to do so and see if it is still the same problem.
