Samsung Odyssey G5 144hz Firmware

I have recently purchased an 27" Odyssey G5 144hz 1440p gaming monitor, with the model codee: LC27G55TQBUXXU. The current firmware is at 1000.2, and I would like to update it. However, in the osftware support, I cannot even find my model number in the supported devices section!

Please provide support.

I have bought the monitor Samsung G5 27 LC27G55TOBUXEN with M-T5500GCZA- 1001.0 firmware but with my PS5 run at 60hz. I tried several type of setting but still work at 60hrz. I saw in past there was the same problem and Solved. Could you please help me?

If you still haven't heard back form anyone, you should try posting it as a separate and new issue, and someone should reply I think. As per your question, don't take this as an absolute answer, but I think the frame rate is dictated by the device (PS5) and not the display itself. Contacting Sony may help.
