I'm trying to place an order for a Soundbar. Samsung sent me a discount code as a gesture of goodwill due to a mess up on a past order, now I want to use the code, they keep cancelling the order.
I have contacted customer services, they say the order doesn't meet the terms and conditions, and I am too high risk. I'm only spending £60 after the discount is taken off. Pointless sending me a code I can't use because Samsung won't let me place an order.
Hi, no I haven't made any claim against them for delivery loss, just returned a phone for an exchange, then they sent me the wrong phone, so had to return that one aswell, I'm thinking it's because of the returns, but it was there error, so should not be held against me. I have asked for a full explanation as to why I'm "too high risk" from Samsung so waiting on that.
