Hi,

What's going on with the Samsung chat? I have got so many outstanding chats including 2 days ago where it states "an agent will be with you shortly" and that's it. No agent EVER comes to the chat???? Shocking!

Thanks but what's the point of the chat If no agent ever joins the conversation? Sometimes a quick response is required hence the chat. This should be raised and looked at.

AGREE WITH POST - It is IMPOSSIBLE contact anyone at Samsung
