Where would you put the camera? There is no space, unless you want a larger pen and then you would have the problem of where you would put the pen

More to the point, what would the use case be? If you want a decent picture you'd be pulling out your phone anyway.

If on the other hand you're wanting to take discreet pictures for some reason, I'm pretty sure that would be better purpose built things out there.
