Samsung got so embarrassed with what they did that they blocked my video!

I can't understand how a company which produces the highest standard consumer electronics can't afford to put a shred of bubble foil (or it's paper equivalent) to secure their products while shipping.

I recently got my new S22 Ultra 5G directly from samsung.co.uk store. The phone was not secured at all. I made a video but it's "awaiting approval" for almost a week (Samsung probably got really ashamed by it's contents 🤣).

I got mine from Samsung online and it was in a large Samsung branded box, inside of the box was loads of Samsung branded packing paper, the phone was well protected. Infact I thought it was over kill.

That's Samsung for you, every year they do embarrassing stuff 😂 they shouldn't be using dpd. Dpd is the worst

StuardR I got Tab A8 maybe a month ago. It was well protected but without an overkill. So don't they have any standardised way of shipment? They can ship £200 tablet properly but not 1 grand phone?

Maybe it depends on where it's purchased from and if it's on a contract or not maybe it's shipped from whoever the contract is with but who knows.

Was the phone damaged? Doesn't look like it, so it appears they used *just enough* packing for the phone to be transported without damage, without generating lots of waste. Nothing there to be embarrassed about...Amazon, on the other hand....
