Samsung LoungeI bought s22 ultra phone in the end of november 2022r and the phone died at beginning of january 2023. Now It has been in service for three weeks. The last phone i will ever buy from samsung. I have always bought Samsung products like tablets and tv, but this will be the last one. When one buys so expensive phone one would expect better service, even if the phone has been bought from DNA.

Sorry to hear about this! Its hard to tell what has happened. The best thing in this case is to check with the service shop to see what the issue is, but usually no, new phones should not have issues three weeks in. Hopefully you will get some answers from the service shop soon!
