Samsung galaxy 21 ultra unable to charge battery

Received my new samsung i Was hopeful the phone would work from start but somehow im unable to charge the battery. Ive followed and tried several guides on several sites so this is not a simple "try turn the charger up n down" or try different charger (tried several)

Suggestions???

Are you using original charger and cable that came with the phone? If not then that might be cause.

Have you hade any luck getting your new phone working? 

if not my first suggestion from me is to test with some other cable and charging adapter if you have this available to see if its wrong with the cable or the adapter. 

Also if possible to test the cable and adapter with some other product that have the same standard if you have this available. 

Also test with wirles charging as suggested by @Swedish-K9  👍.
