You already have the latest version available for your model. If your monitor receives no signal. Then we recommend that you first test with a different cable and device. See if the problem persists. Should it remain, we recommend that you try resetting your monitor, which you can do via the joy stick on the back > System > Reset all.

Should this not help, we recommend that you take it in for service. Which you can do via the retailer you bought it from.
