Is anyone having issues accessing the finance portal?
Hi, @jahangirali. The Samsung Finance portal is loading for me. Have you tried accessing the site using a different web or mobile browser to see if that helps you load it?
I'm at a loss to explain that, @jahangirali, as it's loading as expected for me on every browser I've tried.
Do you happen to have a VPN or any other security apps activated on your device(s)?

@jahangirali Glad you have accessed now but should be fine without VPN. Generally with this type of issue it is advisable to clear the cache. if that does not make a difference a different Browser or Device should help. Anyway did not have any issue on either phone or computer.

That's great, @jahangirali. Similar to what @JAMES4578 suggested, my feeling was that a VPN or Firewall may have been preventing you from accessing the site.
One other setting that would be worth checking (and, if necessary, modifying) is the date and time on the device you were using to access the site. Please ensure that this is correct and up-to-date.
