Got a message (sms and email) stating unable to collect DD. 8 months no issues. 
My banking app says payment going out tomorrow 27th.
Tried using the link to pay but the site won't load anyone had this?

Yh me. I tried to pay using the link but it wouldn't work. It says that they can't find my details on their system.

I think it's because they tried taking out the money on Sunday. No dd payments are paid by banks over the weekends or bank holidays in the UK.

My dd payments are collected on the 26th of every month. Last month payment was made on the 27th(Monday). Which means no payments are made over the weekends. Its an error on Samsung behalf for requesting the payment on Sunday. I will wait till tomorrow to see if the payment is taken. If not the I will call them.

@B12UMMY my payment is 26th as well it's varied every month depending on weekends as you mention never has a problem so far. My bank says money going out tomorrow ie 27th. Same will wait till tomorrow as their offices seems closed today. Thanks for confirming anyway....
