Samsung did Well with my exchange

Returned 5 pro Lte and asked for a replacement, and it came well before the 7 day period

I did call shop team few times just to chase things, they were all very polite 

If there is anything, Samsung needs to improve interdepartmental communications otherwise all good

7/10 for the job done

Absolutely they did, unfortunately the replacement I received had a different technical issue, so Samsung technical team attempted to correct it but couldn't so adviced me to return.. 😢😢

so sadly, at the moment I am "watch less",
