S23 Ultra, no signal when in NYC MTA (underground metro). AT&T

Since buying this phone 4 months ago, I noticed that everyone around me with whatever phone they use, they gets their internet signal when underground. I don't get any signal at all. It doesn't matter what train I get on. F E B Q D G 2 4 5 6. 
I am using AT&T locked S23Ultra

Try other connection to ex: 3g,4g,5g and avoid basement or something that destroying signal.

This is normal because of something is blocking the signal.

It's the underground train. There is no avoiding it. If other older phones work then this should too. Also, I am using 5g but not sure what you re trying to say. I don't get any signal at all.
